As soon as the morning sunlight hit the lake, the mist started rising, lit by the yellow sunrise.
Whonnock lake is my favorite place to play with my daughter on weekend mornings. I was there a couple weekends each month this past summer. I also went one morning for sunrise and caught the sun rising over the trees that surround the lake.
