Returns Policy

Every print we sell is made to order by our professional printing partners in Canada and the US. Because each piece is produced specifically for your order, our returns process is built around one commitment: if something is wrong with your print, we will make it right.

30-Day Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of every print. If there is a problem with your order that is within our control, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right with either:

  • A reprint of your order at no additional cost, or
  • Store credit for the full purchase price

This guarantee covers print defects, assembly or finishing issues, damage that happens in transit, and any other quality problem caused during production. Because every print is custom made for your order and cannot be resold, it does not cover change-of-mind returns. See below for details.

Change of Mind

Each print is produced specifically for you once you order, so we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind reasons, such as choosing a size that does not suit the wall, or preferring a different look once the print is in the room. We want you to love your print, so please take a moment before ordering to check the size, the substrate, and how the image will sit in your space. If you are unsure, contact us before you order and we are glad to help you choose.

Damaged or Defective Prints

If your print arrives damaged in transit or with a printing defect, we will make it right at no cost to you. Clear photos of the print and the packaging are all we need. In most cases you will be asked to dispose of or recycle the affected print rather than ship it back, which is faster and more environmentally responsible than a return shipment. We will arrange a reprint, or full store credit if a reprint is not possible.

Order Errors Caused By Us

If we make a mistake, such as sending the wrong size, the wrong substrate, or the wrong image, we will arrange a corrected reprint at no cost to you.

Issues Outside Our Control

Some issues fall outside what we and our printing partners can control, such as a detail you approved before printing. We cannot guarantee a reprint or store credit in these cases, but we will always do our best to find a fair solution. Contact us and we will work it out together.

How to Make a Claim

All returns and claims require a Return Authorization (RMA) before anything is sent back. To start, use the Contact link at the top of this page and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the print and packaging if relevant, especially for shipping damage or a defect

Photos or other proof of the issue are needed to approve a claim. Once we have reviewed it, we will respond with the next steps, including a Return Authorization if the print needs to come back to us. Please do not ship anything back before you receive that authorization.

Colour and Print Variation

Slight variation between what you see on a screen and the printed product is normal and expected. Every monitor displays colour differently, and paper, metal, and acrylic each render colour in their own way. This kind of natural variation is part of printing and is not considered a defect. If the quality of your print is genuinely wrong, rather than a normal screen-to-print difference, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.

Shipping

Shipping is free to Canada and the US on every order, so there are no original shipping costs to refund. For an approved claim that requires the print to come back to us, we will provide return instructions with your Return Authorization.
