Shipping Policy

Every print is made to order and shipped from one of our professional printing partners in Canada or the United States. The print centre used for your order is selected based on your delivery address, so your print travels the shortest distance and cross-border orders avoid customs fees.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on every order to Canada and the United States. There are no shipping charges added at checkout, and because orders ship from within your own country, there are no customs fees or import duties on Canadian or US orders.

Production and Shipping Times

Most orders ship within 5 to 7 business days of being placed. This window includes both the time to produce your print (paper, metal, acrylic, or framed) and the time to package it for shipment.

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days within Canada and the United States.

These windows are estimates. Actual delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control. Larger pieces, such as 40×60" metal and acrylic prints, can take a few extra days to produce and ship.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States. If you would like a print delivered to another country, please use the Contact link at the top of this page before ordering and we will let you know whether we can arrange it for your destination.

Shipping Carriers

Our printing partners use a variety of carriers depending on your location and order size. Common carriers include Canada Post, Purolator, USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Large prints ship in rigid, purpose-built packaging designed for artwork.

Tracking

Tracking information is sent by email when your order ships. If you do not receive a tracking email within 10 business days of placing your order, please use the Contact link at the top of this page to check on your order status.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at the time of your order. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an address error on your end, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and the cost of reshipment in those cases is the responsibility of the customer.

If you need to correct your shipping address after placing an order, please use the Contact link at the top of this page immediately. We can attempt to update the address before the order enters production, but cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please see our Returns Policy for details on how to make a claim.
