You may browse, view, and share our site for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's normal operation
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to harvest content or data
• Misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with us

All photographs, text, graphics, design, and other content on this site are the original work of James Wheeler / Souvenir Pixels and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights reserved.

When you purchase a print, you receive ownership of that physical print only. You do not receive any rights to the underlying photograph, including any right to:

• Reproduce, copy, or scan the image
• Resell prints commercially
• Distribute the image digitally or in any other format
• Modify, alter, or create derivative works
• Display the image publicly outside personal use

If you're interested in licensing a photograph for commercial use, editorial use, or any purpose beyond personal display, please use the Contact link at the top of this page to get in touch.

Our photographs are also available for stock licensing through several third-party platforms, each with their own licensing terms. Use through those channels is governed by the respective platform's terms.

We sell fine art photographic prints in various sizes and finishes. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) on each product page. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the one displayed when you complete your purchase.

At checkout, you may choose to pay in another supported currency, including US dollars, euros, British pounds, and others. Currency conversion is handled by our payment processor at the exchange rate in effect at the time of your order. Your bank or card issuer may apply additional currency-conversion or international transaction fees outside our control.

Each order is made-to-order, and production typically begins shortly after you place the order. If you need to make a correction or cancellation, please contact us immediately and we will attempt to do so before production starts. Once your print has shipped it cannot be cancelled, but defects, damage, and quality issues remain covered by our 30-day guarantee. See our Returns Policy for details.

We work hard to ensure our product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. If we discover a material error in a price or product description after you place an order, we will contact you. You may choose to proceed at the corrected price or cancel the order for a full refund.

Photographic prints are physical objects produced through professional printing processes. The colours, tones, and texture you see on a screen will not match the printed product exactly. Every monitor displays colour differently, and prints on paper, metal, and acrylic each render colour in their own way. We work with reputable fulfillment partners and aim for the highest quality, but slight variations between prints, between substrates, and between what you see online and what arrives in your hands are inherent to the medium.

We aim to keep souvenirpixels.com available and functioning, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The site may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss caused by site downtime.

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted, or that any information on the site is complete, accurate, or up to date.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Canadian law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Souvenir Pixels and James Wheeler shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and print fulfillment is handled by Pictorem. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

This site uses cookies and third-party analytics and advertising technologies, including Google Analytics and the Pinterest tag, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is handled per that policy: where the law requires it, non-essential cookies are set only after you consent; elsewhere you may opt out at any time. By using the site you agree to the use of cookies as set out in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted prominently on the site. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
